SCHOOL of LIGHT is a sanctuary of peace, calm and balance based in Coburg, Melbourne.

Our Reiki and Seichim online and in-person sessions, trainings and wellness events are all known for their powerful healing impact.

During times of great change, Reiki and Seichim offer a potent space for you to return to to the stillness, and wisdom within. As a highly skilled practitioner with over 10 years of space holding experience, and one of the leading voices in the Seichim healing space, every session is deeply intuitive and transformational.

You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful space where your energy is nurtured and gently realigned with compassion, purpose and crystal clear clarity. Through the combined energies of Reiki and Seichim, we work to release what no longer serves you while restoring energetic harmony in the mind, body and soul.

Poppy Ridley is a healer, energy alchemist and teacher of the healing arts who has been sharing her love of energy medicine for over a decade.

Her passion for the subtle arts + energetic wellbeing has taken her down many paths. She continues to deepen her knowledge through daily devotional self-practice, elemental initiation + continued study with incredible teachers and mentors.

Poppy mixes together the power of the subtle and unseen realms with Goddess work, elemental healing and gentle, nurturing touch + her sessions, workshops + teachings have gained her a reputation for being a leading force in the energetic healing space.
